OUR BLOOD BANK<\/strong><\/h1>\n

As in humans, dogs and cats can donate blood to save lives
\nTo address the need for feline blood, the CHUV has its own cat colony. These cats are treated with the utter respect and care and once there mission is complete, they are adopted into families that have been hand-picked by our team.
\nFor our canine blood donations, we depend on volunteer donations from dogs belonging to our clients to meet the demands. Canine blood is needed on a regular basis since blood products have limited storage times. Rigorous management of blood product stocks is therefore essential.<\/p>\n
