The CHUV is the only veterinary establishment in the province of Quebec to offer specialized emergency services for small mammals and exotic animals 24 hours a day, 365 days a week.<\/p>\n<p>The staff at the exotic animal clinic works closely with the many other services offered at the CHUV such as <a href=\"http:\/\/chuv.umontreal.ca\/english\/small-animal-hospital\/small-animal-hospital-services\/medical-imaging\/\">medical imaging<\/a>, ophthalmology,\u00a0animal behavior,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/chuv.umontreal.ca\/english\/small-animal-hospital\/small-animal-hospital-services\/small-animal-surgery-service\/\">surgery<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/chuv.umontreal.ca\/english\/small-animal-hospital\/small-animal-hospital-services\/the-anesthesiology-service\/\">anesthesiology<\/a> to allow the highest quality of care to our patients.
