Behaviour changes can be either the result of an underlying disease, a normal yet unpleasant behaviour or a primary behavioral problem such as anxiety, hyperactivity and phobias.<\/p>\n<p>The veterinary behaviorist is a specialist trained in the psychology of learning, behavioral genetics, behavioral physiology, psychopharmacology and behavioral endocrinology. A behaviorist can therefore analyse both the medical and behavioral components of a problem.
