MIRA sera \u00e9galement responsable de la facture pour ces patients. Lorsque le client est MIRA, le rabais sera effectu\u00e9 automatiquement par le syst\u00e8me. Si l\u2019animal vie avec le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire, le propri\u00e9taire est alors le client et il faut ajouter MIRA comme contact avec le droit d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux informations m\u00e9dicales. Quand le client n\u2019est pas MIRA, le rabais doit \u00eatre ajouter manuellement. Dans tous les cas, il faut ajouter un alerte<br>\u00ab Patient MIRA \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Cr\u00e9er un patient dans le compte MIRA (client #621)<br>1A. Vous pouvez continuer de traiter la PA au besoin (ajouter sur l\u2019horaire, ouvrir le BT\/Visite, etc.). Ce patient aura un rabais MIRA automatique ajouter sur ses factures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Cr\u00e9er un patient dans le compte du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<br>2A. Appliquer un rabais pour un patient dans le compte du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3A. Si la facture est ferm\u00e9e, il faut toujours aller calculer le rabais en utilisant l\u2019information sur l\u2019\u00e9cran \u00e9l\u00e9ments facturables et ensuite faire un \u00ab ajustement sur une facture ferm\u00e9e (Voir 3A). Il faut aviser la comptabilit\u00e9 pour traiter le remboursement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Transfer un patient du compte MIRA vers un compte de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4A. Ouvrir l\u2019\u00e9cran du patient et aller dans l\u2019onglet \u00ab Patient Contacts \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4B.
